Jim Carmichael, president and CEO of Kitsap Bank, recently announced the appointment of four regional operations managers to oversee and manage branch operations.

The new regional operations managers are Marlene Mitchell of the Poulsbo Branch, who will oversee all North Kitsap Branches; Dave Jeffcoat of the Port Orchard branch, who will manage operations in South Kitsap and North Mason Counties; Jenny Elliott of the Kitsap Bank’s East Bremerton branch, who will supervise all branch activities in Bremerton and Central Kitsap County, and Ginette Lasala of the bank’s Point Fosdick branch in Gig Harbor. She will be directing branch operations in Gig Harbor.
