| Rice Fergus Miller Architecture and Planning, LLP, has added five new staff members, bringing the firm’s size to 32.
Jim Brennan, with an extensive background in senior housing and health care design and construction, joins the firm. His focus will be Timber Ridge at Talus, a continuing care retirement community in Issaquah.
Hope Zorrozua has been hired as a project coordinator, assisting the Fire & Emergency Services and community facilities groups.
Andrea Smith is the new administrative assistant for the firm.
Erika Malpaya, a recent graduate of Washington State University, will join the Senior Housing group and provide production support on Timber Ridge at Talus and Trillium Woods, among other projects.
Reuben Rios has returned to the firm, holding a key role in senior housing, specifically with the Trillium Woods project.
