CFA Northwest Mortgage Professionals announced that Carolyn Frame, CFAs president, was named by Mortgage Originator Magazine as one of the top 200 individual loan originators in the nation for the year 2006. Mortgage Originators annual list is the industrys most comprehensive review of individual performers.
In order to be considered for inclusion on the list, residential loan originators had to have personally closed at least $35 million and/or 175 loans of personal, residential volume in 2006. Loans that had been generated or closed by others who received commissions on the transactions could not be considered. Frames individual loan volume: 327 loans for a total of $84,500,308.
Its always a wonderful feeling to be recognized for hard work, said Frame. Being included among the mortgage industrys most successful originators is an incredible honor. I appreciate the individual recognition, but must attribute much of my success to the efforts of my team at CFA.
Frame, who has been a loan originator for nearly 20 years, takes great pride in her companys unique approach to mortgage lending. CFA provides more than loans, but devotes significant time and resources to educating clients on personal finance and how mortgages can support an individuals overall financial plan. |
