Gary Winter has been promoted to senior vice president and western regional manager at Frontier Bank. He will oversee the seven branch locations on the Olympic Peninsula. Winter, who joined the bank a year ago, is a veteran banker with 43 years of experience, most recently with North Sound Bank and American Marine Bank where is served as executive vice president and board member.
Natasha Pugh is now assistant vice president and branch manager for the bank’s Silverdale office located at 10705 Silverdale Way N.W. She has been with Frontier Bank for 5 years and was previously employed by Citigroup.
Ed Kaufman, who works at the Bainbridge Island Office, was promoted to loan support officer. Frontier Bank’s Bainbridge Office is located at 901 Hildebrand Lane N.E. |
