John L. Scott Real Estate recently welcomed Kirsten Petersen, who represents the third generation of her family to become a real estate professional with John L. Scott and the fifth generation to work in the real estate industry. Petersens mother, Randi Strong-Soderstrom and her grandmother, Carol Strong-Keating, have both worked for John L. Scott, making her a real estate legacy. Her father Jeff Petersen, who is a partner in the Kingston firm of Olympic Printer Resources, also worked for John L. Scott at one time.
Prior to passing her license test and officially becoming an agent on May 1, Petersen worked as an assistant to her top-producing real estate mother for several years and has been involved with her business since she was 10-years-old. She also worked for two other real estate companies in an administrative capacity.
Petersen is now in partnership with her mother and focuses her business largely on helping buyers. She also performs various marketing and administrative duties for the mother-daughter team.
Petersens mother, Randi Strong-Soderstrom, joined John L. Scott twenty years ago because of her mothers affiliation with the company, and because they offered the best training program for new agents.
I could not think of a better person to take over my real estate legacy as I plan for retirement in 2011. I am so proud to have my daughter join John L. Scott as the fifth generation Realtor in our family, concluded Strong-Soderstrom. |
