Jim Rynearson, a real estate veteran and sales and marketing professional, has joined Pacific Northwest Title as branch manager of the Bainbridge Island office. He brings more than twenty years experience in advertising, public relations, and sales and marketing, as well as a decade of experience in real estate sales, commission-only sales consulting, client services and real estate finance.
“We’ve known Jim for over sixteen years and are excited that he’ll be heading up the Bainbridge branch,” said Chris Rieland, president/CEO of Pacific Northwest Title of Kitsap County, based in Silverdale.
Also, long-time Pacific Northwest Title Escrow Manager/LPO Arlene Clayton-Rudd has joined the Bainbridge office, as well. She has over 30 years of LPO experience, almost all in Kitsap County.”
The Bainbridge Escrow office has on-site, in-house customer service, title and escrow professionals, and allowing clients to stop in or make one call to get all the answers they need. The Bainbridge office is located on the second floor of the new Jim Cutler designed building at 945 Hildebrand, near many of the bank branches, mortgage broker and financial services offices, and real estate offices. Viking Bank is scheduled to open downstairs in the same building shortly. |
