| Group Health Cooperative, one of Washington’s largest employers, is seeking candidates for five board of trustees positions. Elections are slated for October, and the application deadline is April 21.
The board of trustees is an 11-member body that governs an organization with over $2 billion in annual revenue. The board plays a role in Group Health’s financial, quality of care and service, policy, and leadership decisions – including a final say on CEO selection. Trustees must be Group Health members, are elected to serve a three-year term, and receive a $6,000 annual stipend.
