Johnson, Herman, join Abiding HomeCare
   Abiding HomeCare, which serves the needs of seniors in Kitsap County who desire to remain independent, but require some live-in care and companionship, recently announced the addition of two new staff positions.

Carl Johnson, a long time community leader, financial executive, and former candidate for the Kitsap County Commission, has joined the organization as its new Marketing Coordinator He has served in senior management positions for most of his business career, and is very active in leadership roles in the Central Kitsap community.

According to Randy Hardin, the firm's administrator, Johnson's experience as a marketing executive in the financial industry will serve him well as he works to “connect the needs of seniors, who value their independence.”

Betty Herman also recently joined the organization as its Care Supervisor. Prior to moving to Kitsap County, she owned and operated a business in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area for 20 years that provided seniors with assistance in making informed decisions associated with financial and medical issues — a service she continues to offer.
