The Gym at the Pavilion has recently announced a strategic partnership with Bainbridge Island Physical Therapy (BIPT).

BIPT has opened a satellite office at the gym to provide patients with the resources the gym offers coupled with specialized physical therapy services available for current Gym members.

“It’s a joint effort that will be beneficial for everyone involved,” said Jim West, General Manager of the Gym, “Keith Heinzelman, founder of BIPT, comes to us with amazing credentials. He has an excellent reputation on the Island and his clinic is known as one of the top facilities in the county. We’re proud to have him as a part of our team.”

“The presence of BIPT in the gym allows for an increased involvement in sports performance, preventative care and education,” said Heinzelman. “At the same time we will be able to continue our one on one model for patient care in a convenient and well equipped setting. BIPT has made a major investment to ensure the clinic at the Gym at the Pavilion is as comprehensively equipped as our main clinic on Ericksen Avenue. We look forward to this expansion in our service to the community.”

Physical therapy services are available to everyone. The Gym will be taking new appointments for both members and non-members. BIPT accepts and will bill the majority of insurance carriers.
