Tricia Sinek, RD, will present a discussion about the important role that diet and activity play in the risk of disease. The public is invited to attend the program, which is being sponsored by Group Health, on July 22, at 7 p.m. It will take place at Group Health’s Silverdale Medical Center, 10452 Silverdale Way NW.

Sinek is the director for Community Cancer Programs for the Franciscan Health System and a well-known community speaker who presents simple but powerful strategies for living a healthier life.
