The Washington Association of Realtors (WAR) named Dave Jones, president of the Kitsap Association of Realtors (KCAR), as recipient of the 2003 Realtor Achievement Award. Jones, who is with the Silverdale office of Windermere Real Estate, received the award because of his activities at both state and local associations and because of his involvement in community organizations.

According to WAR, Jones embodies the ideal Realtor because of his professionalism and adherence to the Realtor code of ethics, to which all Realtors are pledged. Jones has also been honored numerous times by KCAR for his local community and Realtor activities.
