Poulsbo’s Tim Ryan Construction has been awarded a contract to renovate the High Point shopping center located in Port Orchard. The 66,000 square-foot facility, situated at the intersection of Bethel Road and Mile Hill Drive just east of the roundabout, is owned by the Ing Family Trust and houses Nielson’s Appliances, JoAnne Fabrics, NAPA Auto Parts, the End Zone Tavern, an antique mall and several vacant spaces.

The renovation will include replacing old canopies and signs on storefronts, revamping parking to improve vehicle movement, new landscaping and more lighting. The project is scheduled to be completed in the fall.
