The Homebuilders Association of Kitsap County’s (HBA) annual Parade of Homes, has been set for the second weekend in August — August 9 and 10.

The annual event showcases the HBA members best work. It includes new homes in all price ranges from “starter” homes to luxury custom homes.

In addition, it also includes partially and completely remodeled homes entered by members of the HBA’s Remodelor’s Council. Professional remodelers earning the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB) Certified Graduate Remodelor (CGR) designation, are among the fastest growing segment of the construction industry.

The annual Parade of Homes Magazine, which is free and will include a map showing where each entry is located, complete with driving directions, will be available at well over 100 local locations beginning on July 23.
