Due to a substantial increase in growth in recent years, the John L. Scott Bremerton office is moving to a more convenient and centralized community location. The new office is located at 3891 Wheaton Way in Bremerton into what was a former Washington Mutual branch.

John L. Scott Bremerton broker, Michael Shortt, said his existing office reached its maximum capacity with 13 agents. The new facility was remodeled to accommodate growth for up to 36 agents.

Additionally, the entire office is completely wired with high-speed broadband technology and wireless Internet access throughout.

The move was completed in two phases. Phase one, which involved moving into the new office space, was completed on April 29. Over the next two years, the new office will expand to accommodate even more growth by adding additional agent offices and an on-site Response Mortgage office.

Shortt has been with John L. Scott in Kitsap County for the past eight years. Prior to becoming the Bremerton office broker two years ago, he was an agent and an assistant manager at John L. Scott in Port Orchard.
