American Marine Bank President Rex Townsend has announced that Shirley Casteel has been named Vice President and Residential Loan Manager for it’s Silverdale branch. Casteel has more than 14 years experience in all aspects of residential lending including conventional, spec and custom construction, as well as VA and FHA and many first-time buyer programs.
