Kitsap Bank’s national award-winning SBA lender, Scott Harvey, has been named to the position of senior vice president of the Small Business Administration Department. The announcement was made by Kitsap Bank President Jim Carmichael.

Harvey is credited with vaulting Kitsap Bank to the number one position among community bank SBA lenders in the state and the third most active SBA lender in Western Washington.

Harvey joined Kitsap Bank in 1995.
