“I love what I do, dealing with people,” said Maggie Brewton-Height, owner and agent of the Brewton-Hight Insurance Agency, Inc., in Silverdale. “I care about people and want to do the right thing. I am committed to customer service.”

She and her staff have built long-term relationships with their clients, helping families and friends to realize their dreams.

“We give financial security and peace of mind,” Brewton-Hight said.

Brewton-Hight Insurance Agency’s coverage includes, but is not limited to automobiles, boats, commercial, estate planning, annuities, home warranties, disability, long-term care, property and life insurance.

Brewton-Hight’s customer service dream was construction of a company building. The dream came true two years ago. Although the company has always been located in Silverdale, Brewton-Hight rented for 15 years in various locations.

“Our new building is comfortable and permanent,” she said. “Permanency assures our credibility. We can now offer a more professional establishment to our clients.”

An advantage of the new company location is that there is room for expansion, without disrupting customer service. Her greatest challenge is dealing with the ever-changing legal aspects of insurance. “A new aspect is using credit for the purpose of discounts, giving better premiums,” she said. “We protect and educate clients to legal aspects.”

Brewton-Hight counts on her staff to care for her clients when she is on vacation. I could not go on vacation without the help of my staff, she said.

She occasionally hires domestic help, to have quality time with her husband.

“I don’t want to clean all the time,” she said. “Everyone needs to make time to spend with family.”.
