Downtown Bremerton’s Rice Fergus Miller Architecture & Planning has teamed up with Marathon Senior Living Services to design and develop a new 90-unit assisted living community in East King County.

The facility has studio, one, and two-bedroom units for seniors in the low- to moderate-income level. Additionally, the building will feature common areas including a formal dining area, living room, chapel, library, wellness center and support spaces.
