Classes to help others become caregivers will begin soon.
The free monthly meetings are for family members, friends and companions who care for someone with memory loss or a chronic medical illness. They will be given the opportunity to share with others who understand, learn ways to cope and be given information about programs and services that may help. Classes are held at these two Group Health locations:
10452 Silverdale Way, 12:30 to 2 p.m., second Tuesday of each month and in Port Orchard, 1400 Pottery Ave. Noon to 1:30 p.m, on the third Thursday of the month.
