The Air Force Academy’s, Humanities Institute recently hired Port Orchard’s CommuniCreations to develop a virtual museum and academic Web site.

The site will be designed with students, professors and academics in mind, including discussion areas, teaching guides, an online resource center and a searchable digital archive of collections.

The first wing of the virtual museum will feature artifacts, memoirs and recordings of POWs from Stalag III, one of the most infamous of all POW camps during World War II. Future wings will be built onto the museum in the coming years.
