New statement design at Pacific NW
Pacific Northwest Bank has debuted a new statement design for deposit accounts, tailored to meet the varied needs of its retail and business customers.

“Our new statement design was primarily the result of feedback from our customers,” said Kim Brace, Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. “They told us they wanted shorter and easier to read statements, and based on this information, we assembled a task force to develop a statement that would be easier to read and balance while using less paper.”

The Bank has partnered with Kaye-Smith of Renton, Wash.; a leader in the manufacture and management of business forms and direct mail marketing in the production of the new statements. Kaye-Smith will receive the customer’s transaction data via a secure transmission line. The data will be formatted into the new statement design, laser printed, folded, collated and sealed. The files will be processed using PostalSoft, the leading United States Postal Service approved software for pre-sorting to dramatically reduce postage expense.

The new statements will be clearer to read with both summary and detailed information, printed on both sides on recycled paper and will use significantly less paper than the current format.
