KPS offers prescription discount drugs to
Medicare Supplement subscribers
KPS Helath Plans has announced a Prescription Discount Program at no cost to its Medicare Supplement subscribers. The pregram is offered through MemberHealth, a company affiliated with Medimpact.

Subscribers will receive a discount of up to 40 percent in some cases on prescription drugs from a participating pharmacy when they present their KPS MedImpact/MemberHealth Preferred Price Program card. The new ID card has a distinctive look so that participating pharmacies can easily identify the KPS member as eligible for the Preferred Price program. Members receive the discount at the time of purchase. There are no claims forms to fill out.

“We offer one of the most generous discount programs available and there are no monthly dues or membership fees,” said KPS President Elizabeth Gilje.

The easy-to-use prescription discount program is also available to Sound Harbor Essential Individual Plan subscribers at no cost or obligation.

KPS Health Plans also expanded its Medicare Supplement Products into Pierce County as of May 1. Coverage is available for all KPS plans in Pierce, Kitsap, Mason, Thurston, Jefferson, Clallam and Grays Harbor counties in western Washington.

Details of the discount program and how it works can be found online at www.kpshealthplans.com or call the MemberHealth Customer Service Department at (866) 633-6475 For information about KPS Health Plans, call (800) 628-3753.
