Local construction management and general contracting firm, the BJC Group Inc., recently completed construction of a new for Mutual Materials at the Port Orchard Industrial Park, off of Old Clifton Road.

The new facility is comprised of a 1,800 sq. ft. office building and two 6,000 sq. ft. metal warehouse buildings for material storage.

Mutual Materials has been located in very cramped quarters on Highway 3 in Gorst for many years. The new facility provides the firm with much needed room to store and stage a larger number of materials to better serve their customers.

Materials incorporated into the new facility feature a broad range of Mutual Materials’ products. The office building utilizes brick and block, and the hardscape around the building displays a number of patio and paver products, while the finish surfacing in the parking and circulation areas was completed with the use of an interlocking paver.
