Trio joins RE/Max in Port Orchard
Three south end real estate agents recently joined RE/MAX Town & Country in Port Orchard. Owners Linda Rowe and Rhonda Edwards announced that Mitch Morey, who has been the number one agent at Coldwell Banker, Parkshore Real Estate since 1995 joined the firm, along with Sandy Small and Tonya Lundin. Morey is considered an expert in local growth management, zoning and land use issues.

Small was also with Coldwell Banker, Parkshore and has been licensed since 1990. She has been a member of the Coldwell Banker Million Dollar Club every year since 1995 and holds a Residential Marketing Master designation.

Lundin, formerly with John L. Scott in Port Orchard, has been a Realtor since 1989. She specializes in lakefront homes throughout Kitsap and Mason Counties and holds a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation.

Edwards and Rowe also announced the firm has a new Web site, pnwrealestate.com, that includes all the listings from the Northwest Multiple Listing Service, along with a number of other features for homebuyers. The site features the “Property Wizard,” through which consumers can register, save their search criteria (three bedrooms, two bathrooms, for example) and automatically receive periodic updates as listings meeting their criteria are added to the MLS database. The updates can be sent daily or weekly.
