Million dollar elephant coming to Kitsap
The Bremerton, Kingston, Port Orchard, Poulsbo and Silverdale Chambers of Commerce and the Kitsap Peninsula Visitors and Convention Bureau (VCB) are bringing a Million Dollar Elephant to Kitsap County.

Nationally acclaimed business speaker, Pat McGaughey of McGaughey Enterprises, will present his seminar "The Million Dollar Elephant" at a special luncheon jointly hosted by the groups.

McGaughey uses his unique sense of humor and years of business experience to help businesspeople learn how to overcome their reluctance to price their products and services at what they’re really worth. He will also address how to handle rejection and, just as important, success.

"Pat really knows how to convey an important message.” said Silvia Klatman, Executive Director of the Bremerton Area Chamber of Commerce. He does it in such a humorous, energetic manner that people will definitely remember what they’ve heard."

The event takes place at noon at the WestCoast Silverdale Hotel on Tuesday, August 7. Cost is $18 for members of any Kitsap chamber or the VCB or $20 for non-members. Reservations can be made at 479-3579, chamber@bremertonchamber.org or any of the participating organizations.
