| John L. Scott Real Estate, which operates five offices in Kitsap County, recently donated $10,000 to Children’s Hospital through the “Light Up a Child’s Life” gala auction. A $10,000 matching gift was also made, totaling a donation of $20,000 for Children’s Hospital’s New Patient Care Facility.
The funding to Children’s Hospital is a community effort of the John L. Scott Foundation, a non-profit organization created to honor the memory of its founder. All contributions of money and time to the hospital are completely voluntary by agents, staff and management of John L. Scott Real Estate. All of the activities support the hospital’s uncompensated care fund.
Lennox J. Scott, President of John L. Scott Real Estate and Chairperson of the Foundation, said, “Children’s Hospital and Medical Center does such great work benefiting children and families in the Northwest. It’s an honor to be part of their essential healthcare efforts.”. |
