| Ted Benson, senior account manager for Transnation Title Insurance Company, recently had a course he authored in 1999 re-approved for seven and a half clock hour use for 2001-2003 by the Real Estate Education Division of the Department of Licensing. The class deals with legal aspects and listing, selling, marketing and finance where seller financing is involved in a transaction.
Benson, an approved clock hour instructor since 1993, has taught in the areas of listing, selling, marketing, advertising, finance, legal aspects, escrow practices and title insurance, and has also recently been re-approved for 2001-2003 to teach real estate law, real estate practices, ethics and standards of practice and principals and essentials. He is one of only nine people statewide approved to teach in all those areas.
