| Another commercial site at the Bethel roundabout in Port Orchard has changed hands. The roundabout is the intersection of Bethel Avenue and Mile Hill Drive.
Don and Carolie Larson, owners of the local Novus Windshield franchises, purchased the 22,300 square foot (half acre) site situated immediately north of the current Flowers To Go location on Bethel Avenue. The purchase price was $134,000.
Flowers To Go recently purchased the old Best Burgers building located on the other side, directly adjacent to its current store and is remodeling the building.
Larson said he intends to build a new location for his Port Orchard store which is currently located on Bay Street downtown on the site. That location is just become too small for what were trying to do there and parking is a problem as well, he said. Well be going from a four bay store to a 10 bay store, as well as have our corporate office located there.
