| Bremerton’s Hearthstone Center office building, located at 4312 Kitsap Way in West Bremerton, recently changed hands.
The buyers are Steve and Marla Hunt, Tom and Julie White, and Larry Hurley. They intend to renovate the part of the upper level of the building to house their accounting partnership, Hunt, White & Hurley.
The total square footage of the building is about 8,112 square feet with roughly 5,431 square feet on the upper level and 2,681 square feet on the lower level. The building was originally constructed as the Hearthstone Restaurant in 1961. In 1994 it was completely renovated into a high quality professional office building which takes advantage of its spectacular views of Oyster Bay and the Olympic Mountains.
Current tenants in the building include the Kitsap Regional Economic Development Council and the Electronic Commerce Resource Center.
