Charter Media, the advertising services division of local cable television and broadband provider, Charter Communications, has announced the appointment of Michelle Lanham as account executive. She will work from the company’s new satellite office in Port Orchard.

Lanham will head up development of a third account executive position, handling client development and account management for advertising customers. She brings both consumer and business-to-business public relations and marketing experience to Charter Media.

Before joining Charter Media, Lanham was account coordinator at The Silver Company, a public relations agency in Seattle where she was responsible for managing media relations and corporate identity for high-tech clients, and prior to that served as assistant producer with Bremerton Kitsap Access Television.
