| Peninsula Physical and Sports Therapy in Poulsbo will soon expand its range of services, operate under two new business names and move to two new adjoining locations at 19470 Viking Ave and 650 Bovela Lane.
With a grand opening scheduled in May, Armstrong Physical Therapy and Armstrong Fitness Center will offer a wide variety of fitness and therapeutic services that will give everyone an enjoyable opportunity to achieve fitness or recover from an injury.
According to owner Ann Armstrong, the physical therapy center will offer the newest and best cardiovascular equipment, weights and other machines for working out and highly qualified personal trainers will be added to lengthen operating hours. Locker rooms, showers and daycare with children’s’ fitness programs will allow supervising parents to workout, and there will be specialized programs, pricing and custom transportation arrangements for seniors.
The Fitness Center will be housed in a facility designed for adult and child classes including aerobics, kick boxing, yoga and dance.
