Heidi J. Villarma is the new vice president and manager of Kitsap Mortgage, a subsidiary of Kitsap Bank.

She will be providing builder financing for custom and spec homes, as well as conventional financing, FHA/VA loans and first time buyer programs. She most recently served in a similar position with Pacific Northwest Bank.

Villarma is an active member of Soroptimists and was honored with the group’s Membership Recruitment and Retention Award for 1999-2000.
