| Tim Ryan Construction, Inc. (TRC) recently completed the following tenant improvements and contracts:
Peninsula Door and Millwork located at 7950 Day Road West on Bainbridge Island. The offices were relocated from 7669 Day Road West and provides over 7,000 square feet of space, as well as a state of the art pre-finish booth.
Valhalla Dental Clinic, operated by Kevin Pulver, DDS located at 19365 7th Ave. NE, Ste 106, Poulsbo. The tenant improvement provides over 1,500 square feet of office space. Valhalla Dental can be reached at (360) 697-5818.
Suquamish Wellness Center located at 18490 NE Suquamish Way. The new facility will provide over 6,000 square feet of clinical services.
TRC was also awarded contracts for: The new Simans Chiropractic offices located at 991 NE Riddell Road, in Bremerton. This two-story facility will provide over 5,000 square feet of office space and the new Phase 3 Office Building located at 18490 NE Suquamish Way. The new two-story facility will provide over 19,000 square feet of office space for the Fisheries, Natural Resources and Human Services departments.
