| Senior Services of America, LLC (SSA) recently announced that the Bremerton Housing Authority has entered into a professional management service agreement for Bay Vista Commons a 72 unit assisted living community. In conjunction with Marathon Development Inc., this strategic partnership is currently developing Bay Vista Commons.
Kurt Wiest, executive director of the Bremerton Housing Authority states “Bay Vista Commons, a senior assisted living community serving the Bremerton area senior population, is the initial phase in the Westpark Community Redevelopment.”
Scheduled to open this summer, Bay Vista Commons, will offer 60 assisted living and 12 dementia care apartments as well as common spaces for dinning and activities. |
