The BJC Group Inc. of Port Orchard has been awarded the contract to complete the exterior remodel and entry improvements to the Doctors Clinic Ridgetop Facility located at 9398 Ridgetop Boulevard in Silverdale.
The exterior remodel involves complete removal of the existing wood siding replacing it with a combination of stucco, brick wainscot and pilasters, and accented with an exterior panel system. The entry improvements involve the installation of a new storefront system, entry canopy, and an open two-story vestibule.
The architectural design was completed by D.H. Briant & Associates Architect P.S. of Bainbridge Island.
The work, which began in December, is scheduled to be completed by March. |
