accreditations, new hires

Staff members pass required exams to become certified and professionally accredited.

Bremerton–based Rice Fergus Miller Architecture & Planning has announced that a number of its staff members had obtained the necessary professional qualification to become accredited and certified in their particular disciplines.

Interior designer and space planner Annette Clement has recently passed the National Council for Interior Design Qualification exams to receive the industry’s professional accreditation.

Lea Duffy, Greg Belding, Ed McManamna, Andy Kosusko, Carol Lemon, Sirima Rajpreeja and Bob Guyt successfully passed the U.S. Green Building Council’s required exam to become LEED Accredited Professionals.

The firm also announced that Bob Hutchinson, a University of Washington graduate with degrees in environmental design, public administration, and architecture, has joined the firm as a Project Manager and Designer.

He brings more than 20 years experience in a variety of government and private projects to the company, and will work on the firm’s municipal, hospitality and community projects.

Jennifer Frost, who recently graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor’s of Art in interior design, has joined the firm and will also work on hospitality and healthcare projects.
