| Patricia (Pat) McGuire, of the Port Orchard office of John L. Scott Real Estate, and Cindy Lint of the Silverdale office of Windermere Real Estate/West Sound, both recently earned their Associate Broker’s License.
McGuire has been with John L. Scott since January 2003. Lint has been with Windermere Real Estate/West Sound since November 2000, and also holds a GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation from the Washington State Association of Realtors.
Both Lint and McGuire were required to complete 120 hours of advanced real estate education and training, including instruction in real estate law, brokerage management and business management to earn the license. |
