| McCormick Land Company, developer of the McCormick Woods community, recently named Doug Skrobut as its new president. He is a Seattle native who formerly served as vice president of finance and development for the company. Former president Linda Niebanck is leaving the company, but will continue in a consulting role to assist with long-range planning, marketing and homeowners&Mac226; and association relations.
McCormick Land Company recently formed a partnership with Granite Land Company, a subsidiary of Granite Construction. The partnership includes McCormick Woods and surrounding properties totaling approximately 4,000 home sites and a 90-acre village center. McCormick Land Company serves as operating partner. |
