Pacific Northwest Title of Kitsap County is moving to Cavalon Place on Myhre Road, Silverdale’s first office condominium development. It is purchasing space in Cavalon Place II, a three-story, 36,000 sq. ft., Class A office building – one of two office buildings in the complex. Groundbreaking for the park was in February of this year and completion for both office buildings is scheduled for this winter.
“We realized that we were outgrowing our own 11,000 sq. foot building on Mickelberry,” said Chris Rieland, president and CEO of Pacific Northwest Title. “We wanted our main office to remain in Silverdale. Looking for large Class A space led us to consider building again and Cavalon Place presented itself just at the right time.”. |
