| Terry Burns of the Poulsbo-North Kitsap office of Windermere Real Estate/Westsound recently earned his Associate Broker’s License. Burns has been with the office since 2003.
Burns was required to complete 120 hours of advanced real estate education and training within a five-year period, including instruction in real estate law, brokerage management and business management to earn the license.
Prior to joining Windermere, Burns was the CFO at a commercial real estate company on the east coast for 13 years. He was instrumental in helping grow the company into a national firm that was recognized as an industry leader.
He has also worked overseas in Africa and Asia, as well as run his own accounting and computer services company.
Burns is a member of the Poulsbo Rotary Club and is also on the Board of Directors of the Poulsbo Chamber of Commerce. |
