Watermark Group announces
addition of seven owner/agents
The Watermark Group, a new agent owned real estate brokerage in downtown Poulsbo, recently added seven new agent/owners to its team.

Michelle Charlton grew up in the Puget Sound region and has been practicing real estate in Seattle and Kitsap County. She attended California State University where she graduated with honors.

Bainbridge Island resident Dawn Devine has signed on as Director of Listing and Transactions. The mother of two has been involved in real estate for the last 14 years in both California and Washington.

Sam Galano is a lifelong resident of Kitsap County and Seattle, who also graduated from North Kitsap High School. He has practiced Real Estate in Kitsap and Seattle for the last four years.

Tammy McAfee has been in the real estate industry for 13 plus years, the last three being in residential sales in Kitsap County. She is also the mother of two children ages 9 and 6.

Meisha Rouser is a second-generation real estate professional, licensed in Washington and California. Rouser is the principal broker for The Watermark Group, and is also a Certified Luxury Home Specialist, and a certified Buffini Co. mentor. In addition, she serves as the marketing chairman for the Historical Downtown Poulsbo Association (HDPA).

Ann Shepperd brings three and a half years of real estate sales experience to the new brokerage firm. Shepperd has earned both the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) professional designations from the National Association of Realtors.

Angela Smale is the Director of First Impressions for The Watermark Group. Smale is licensed in both the states of Washington and Pennsylvania, where she also gained experience as a transactions coordinator and sales agent.
