Rice Fergus Miller Architecture and Planning has added two new staff members and promoted one.
Interior designer and space planner Annette Clement is a 2000 graduate from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design. She will work on the firm’s senior housing, health care and community projects.
Diana Labrum, also new to the firm, has a 20-year background in accounting. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Cal State University and an Associate Degree in Accounting from Golden State Community College.
Monica Blackwood, director of business operations, has been named an associate with the firm. Blackwood has been with the firm since 2001.
