| Tim Ryan Construction, Inc. (TRC) has completed a tenant improvement for H&R Block located in the Sheridan Plaza in Bremerton and the new West Sound Academy independent school located at 16571 Creative Drive NW in Poulsbo.
The re-design of over 2,800 square feet of office space for H&R Block provides a complete reconfigure to its corporate standards.
The completion of four 5,000 square foot buildings for the new West Sound Academy provides administration, classrooms, art gallery, dance, drama and science labs, as well as a sports court and soccer field.
West Sound Academy is an independent college preparatory school serving students in grades 6 through 12.
