| Gordon Rush Construction Company has just acquired a major portion of Talmo, Inc., a long time Gig Harbor construction and land management company. In addition to taking over most of Talmo's equipment and crew, Rush Construction is also purchasing a large part of Talmo's commercial lands in the Gig Harbor area.
Rush, a Gig Harbor commercial developer and land owner, is expanding in Gig Harbor and Port Orchard. The first Port Orchard building, which is now under construction, will be a 25,000 square foot office complex at the Sidney-Sedgewick interchange. Also included in the purchase from Talmo, is the Gig Harbor Financial Center on Wollochet Drive which houses several businesses related to financial services. |
