| A new medical building that will include an ambulatory surgery center broke ground in Silverdale in September. The Clear Creek Professional Building, which will be located off Levin Road, is a project of Medical Partners, LLC.
There is a shortage of space in Silverdale, and that's in part why we're trying to do this, especially with the county population growing, said Jason Cheung, MD, one of the partners.
Funded by American Marine Bank and built by BNB Builders of Seattle, the 28,000-square-feet facility will take about nine months to complete.
The center's services will include ambulatory surgery, orthopedic surgery and eye surgery, and will include four to five physician practices. The two-story building will have an underground garage. Esthetic Eye Center and Retina Center NW are two practices already committed to move into the building. |
