Countrywide Home Loans recently announced the addition of 4 new employees to its team, Scott Kim, Carol Cates, Oscar Abalahin and Diane Dahl.

Kim has been in real estate lending for four years, speaks fluent Korean and specializes in stated income loans and 100 percent financing.

Cates was vice president of Chaffey Corp for approximately nine years and has been with Countrywide Home Loans for five years. She is also a certified builder representative and is a Circle of Excellence winner for 2002 and 2003 with Countrywide.

Abalahin brings over 26 years in banking with Washington Mutual and its affiliates as well as 12 years of financial center management and 20 years mortgage and consumer lending experience.

Dahl has 15 years real estate and lending experience most recently as financial center manager/vice president and loan consultant with Washington Mutual.
