First American Title recently announced a series of staff promotions.

Jim Pointer, Kitsap County Manager, was recently promoted to northwest regional title liaison. He has been fulfilling this role for several months but this position became a permanent promotion effective May 25. In his current position Pointer will be directing operations in the northwest region to develop and implement appropriate plans and procedures to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness for all title plants and title production systems.

Rhonda Bentley, Kitsap County escrow manager and acting interim Kitsap County manager, was recently promoted to assistant county manager in

Tillamook County in Tillamook, Ore. She is returning to her home town where she was the escrow manager before transferring to Kitsap County three years ago.

Carla Ginn has returned to Kitsap County as the county manager for First American’s four area offices; Silverdale, Port Orchard, Bremerton and a signing office on Bainbridge Island. She was most recently county manager for First American‘s Thurston County four branch offices where she directed 21 employees for the past year.
