Countrywide bolsters builder lending team
in Pacific Northwest
Lender’s National Builder Division promotes Porter and Rivisto
The National Builder Division of Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., the nation’s number one residential and new-home lender, recently announced the promotion Dave Porter and Daniel Rivisto.
Porter’s new role is first vice president, divisional builder manager for the company’s Pacific Northwest region, and Rivisto will serve as vice president, regional builder manager for Alaska, Washington, Idaho and Northern Oregon.
Countrywide has an office in Bremerton and is Kitsap County’s largest home loan lender.
Porter will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with homebuilders in Washington, Northern California, Northern Nevada, Oregon, Idaho, Hawaii and Alaska. He also will work closely with Countrywide’s regional vice presidents, managers and builder-oriented branches to further enhance loan volume growth and increase Countrywide’s overall market share in the homebuilder segment.
Porter, a recognized speaker and columnist on finance, sales and marketing, and industry trends, most recently served as a regional builder manager and area sales manager in the Pacific Northwest. Previously, he was a national account manager with the company’s National Builder Division.
Rivisto works directly with builders in his territory to help them attain maximum profitability and productivity. As a primary point-of-contact, he offers financing solutions to help builders and their buyers.
