Harbor Square, a new condominium and townhome community located just one block from the ferry to downtown Seattle on Bainbridge Island’s Winslow Way, is set to break ground this summer.
   The 4.3-acre development will include a community park built around several heritage oak and chestnut trees – some of which are over 100 years old.
   There will be a total of 180 condominiums and townhomes. Presales began April 30 for the general public. First move-ins are expected to be spring of 2006.
