At the Kitsap County Association of Realtors (KCAR) installation and awards banquet held at The Lighthouse in Port Orchard on Jan. 27, The 2005 officers were installed as follows:

• President: Wayne Ellis, Reid Real Estate, Silverdale;
• President-Elect: Thor Holm, John L. Scott, Port Orchard;
• Treasurer: Vicki Rutton, Windermere, Port Orchard;
• Secretary: Karen Jasman, John L. Scott, Silverdale.

   The new board of directors’ members are: Denise Payne, Silverdale Realty, Silverdale; Penny Hannifan, Prudential NW, Silverdale; Larry Kaplan, John L. Scott, Silverdale; J.B. Bartel, John L. Scott, Port Orchard; Melanie Eubanks, Kitsap Credit Union, Silverdale; and Ann Erickson, John L. Scott, Poulsbo.
